Welcome to Amaircare. Home of quality HEPA air filtration systems.
Here at Amaircare, our business and only business is “quality air”. So when we say we build HEPA filters, we mean that each and every HEPA filter meets HEPA standards.
HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) is a filtration standard created by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission.
To pass this standard, a filter must be 99.97% efficient @ 0.3microns. Due to their extremely high efficiency, HEPA filters have become widely used in medical, electronic and industrial applications.

 |
Many air filtration systems on the market today, boast that they are HEPA filters, but fail to meet HEPA standards. This is often due to an improper seal. If the air can pass around the HEPA media, then it cannot achieve HEPA results.
|
 |
That is why Amaircare developed the 'Perfect Seal HEPA'. The Perfect Seal HEPA ensures that air passing through the HEPA system, is filtered through the HEPA media and cannot escape around it. |
 |
Each and every HEPA filter that Amaircare builds, is tested with a laser particle counter to ensure that it does indeed, meet or exceed HEPA standards. A Perfect Seal HEPA sticker is then placed on the unit so you know it meets HEPA standards! |

The
importance of reducing levels of contaminants in the home.
The air inside a typical
home is up to 5 times dirtier than the air outside! The
same insulation and seals that keep warm or cold air inside your
home, also keep in chemicals and particulates. These materials can
emanate from a number of household products and cleaners found throughout
the home.
Everyone has a physical tolerance
level for airborne chemicals and particulates. Some people have a higher tolerance than others for dirty
air, but it affects everyone. Children whose respiratory system
is still developing are at greater risk of asthma or allergies if
they are exposed to many airborne contaminants. Increased levels
of contaminants in the air can even affect the well-being of fully
developed, healthy adults. The higher the level of contaminants
in the air, the quicker a person can reach their tolerance level.
Then the contaminants could start to damage their respiratory system
and their general health.
The
key is to reduce the amount of contaminants taken into the body. This can be done by reducing the number of particles in the
air. HEPA filtration is a standard developed by the U.S. Atomic
Energy Commission and is used to remove microscopic particles from
the air. HEPA filtration in the home will reduce the number of contaminants
in the home. The higher airflow of the HEPA filtration system, the
quicker the levels will drop.
Significant
reduction of contaminants in the home can help the body recover from constant exposure to contaminants outside the home.
We like to say this reduction in the stress to our respiratory system
can be compared to a good nights sleep for a tired athlete. |
